Once you have a more clear vision of you are and what you are not, then it's time to stand up for yourself. When choosing to be assertive and to stand up for yourself and not allow others to dictate your outcomes, you will grow the courage to be confident and assertive.


Tip # 3 - Stop making excuses


The moment you take ownership, build the courage to be assertive and confident is the moment you will stop making excuses. If you make excuses and exceptions every time someone asks something from you, there is an unspoken language and agreement that you will do it next time.



You can be kind but not always nice!


When you choose to know and honor your values, to stand firm in your beliefs, it allows you to build the courage to be assertive and confident in say no! When you begin to say no to others without guilt, you begin to create solid healthy boundaries!
