More of my story...
After years in emergency departments, I know firsthand how constant stress and trauma can disconnect you from yourself. I often coped by dissociating — a survival mechanism that left me exhausted and overwhelmed. My own health journey, including a pituitary tumor diagnosis, surgery, and radiation, forced me to pause and prioritize my well-being.

Choosing support over pride became a turning point. Through coaching and mindset work, I learned to reconnect with myself, honor my strengths, and find balance. This is why I help others — especially first responders, healthcare workers, and teachers — reclaim their energy, care for themselves without guilt, and build lives that feel aligned, sustainable, and whole.
